The picture might be blurry but i guess the message is clear. :)
It's been a journey with our ups and downs. This decision has had people speak out a myriad of opinions but everyone has agreed to the fact that what we decided was for us to decide and no one else. And that i think is the most important truth behind it all.
Not all of our friends have noticed, not all have been noticed about it yet, but the incredible wave of spontaneous cheering and gratulations that opened up my morning, when shortly after the lesson start one of my pupils happened to notice the ring, speaks of the fact that so many wish us only the best.
Of course this sudden attention demanded cake from me.
And so i delivered cake.
And we ate cake.
But truly, not even cake can explain all these emotions.
I love her with all my heart and all my soul.
And i always will.
