Kanpai!

So today the kids got their grades and we had a sort of a small festivity for that in the classroom. Got cookies and warm words for everyone. It felt pretty good to get some similar words in return too, the great things with children is that their compliments are always honest as is their criticism. The poor small souls already worry about the fact that they might not be having me as their teacher next year. To hear something like that, is something that really breaks my heart as well as fills it with a bit of pride about my work.

Now onto holidays! A spa weekend will do some good despite the fact that the sudden nature of that trip means i wont get to spend this evening with someone i would have liked to spend it with. My apologies to You for that, ill make up for it when im back in town. =)
