Well... that gives me some more time to think so not entirely bad. I just can't stop thinking about how perfect the location was when thinking about studying and just generally living. Ah, there will be more, just gotta keep my eyes open. I also learned a valuable lesson here.

Yeah, I had that lesson a few times, as well. Waste no time, grab it ASAP. Though it seems I am pretty much incapable of learning this lesson. Damn it!
