So, I'm a homeowner starting mid next month.
A myriad of thoughts. I'm happy, and I'm afraid to loose the apartment to possible others who might put in an offer that is higher. Sitting on the edge of the chair to hear from the seller. Just a second ago i missed a call from someone due to shitty connection and i really hope it wasn't the call from them.
So, I'll become a homeowner.
